How Does A Stone Engraving Machine Work?

A CNC stone router machine is a fully automatic computer-controlled machine tool capable of carving and cutting marble,granite,ceramics,ink-stone,jade,headstone, tombstone, artificial stone,glass,quartz,blue stone, natural stone to make cabinets, arts,crafts,inscription,Buddhas statues & sculptures. 

The stone engraving machine is a three-dimensional numerical control system, and its working principle is shown in the figure: special design and typesetting software is installed in the general microcomputer to design and typeset graphics and texts, automatically generate processing path information, and transmit through USB interface or other data. This interface transmits the toolpath data to the microcontroller. After receiving the toolpath data and completing a series of functions such as display and user interaction, the CNC system uses a specific algorithm to convert the input path information into CNC information, and the controller converts this information into a signal (pulse system) that drives the stepper motor or servo motor to control x, the Y axis and Z axis of the engraving machine. At the same time, through milling, various plane or three-dimensional graphic characters designed on the computer can be carved out to achieve automatic engraving processing.
